Laundry Assistant

**Productivity + Attendance Bonus Scheme - additional £2 per hour**

**Responsibilities**:

- Sort and separate laundry items according to color, fabric, and cleaning instructions
- Operate washing machines and dryers to clean and dry laundry
- Inspect laundered items for stains, tears, or damage
- Iron and fold clean laundry
- Ensure all laundry is properly labeled and stored
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail to ensure proper sorting and handling of laundry items
- Ability to operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment
- Basic knowledge of different fabrics and their care requirements
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members

Note: Prior experience in a hotel or dry cleaning setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 weeks

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

- Milford Haven: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
