Evening Cook

Truckhaven (Carnforth) has a busy kitchen / restaurant serving home cooked food throughout the day and night. Not only for our HGV drivers but for the general public also.

Working in a busy kitchen, 32/40hrs per week - Monday to Thursday, basic cooking skills are required for the busy kitchen and experience is preferred but full training will be given.

Working with flexibility to work on the 3pm to 11 pm shift, or split shifts i.e. 11am to 11pm. Assisting the head chef with preparation of ingredients for home-cooked daily food and working in a team supporting the smooth running of the kitchen. Flexibility to assist with holiday cover, which could include weekend cover.

Pay is above the minimum wage.

Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen. Full training will be given but experience is preferable.
