**Supply Chain Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Book transport requirements, land, sea and air, through the relevant service provider
- Provide correct with shipping documentation for customs clearance and the customer
- Monitor the process, keeping the customer informed and resolving any issues
- Respond to request for transport quotations.
- Resolve invoice queries relating to supplier costs
- Ensure data records are recorded for each order movement
- Raising purchase orders for operational consumables
- Matching supplier’s invoices to booking documentation
- Assist other team members during times of absence
- Raise weekly and monthly Purchase Orders for suppliers
- Submit orders to suppliers using RADAR and update order statuses on RADAR (twice weekly)
- Provide updates on delivery times

**Hours**:Full time - Monday to Friday

**Key Requirements and Preferences**:

- General administration experience
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Flexibility and a team player
- Strong IT skills and competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
