**The working hours are 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days per week. We will consider flexible working hours, depending on circumstances.**

We are open 51 weeks per year and close over the Christmas period and all Bank holidays.

**At Enchanted we offer 28 days annual leave per full leave year, as well as birthday as additional days annual leave.**

We also grant additional annual leave for long serving employees, as well as various incentives to acknowledge hard work and commitment to our nursery.

The main responsibilities include;
- _Working as part of a team._
- _Working in partnership with parents / carers._
- _Communicating with parents via online app as well as verbal feedback, ensuring effective information sharing and communication._
- _Planning and preparing a variety of activities based on children’s interests, providing high quality teaching and learning experiences._
- _Completing assessments and recording children’s individual development progress._
- _Helping to create an enabling environment where children can thrive._
- _Being a key person for a small group of children and fulfilling the role. _
- _Safeguarding children._
- _Being a good role model. _
- _Support children with SEND, working in partnership with parents and external agencies that are involved._

At Enchanted we provide in-house and external training, to support personal and professional development. Training provided also will include any mandatory training such as; Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Safety.
