For over 40 years, we have kept workers safe by designing, importing, and selling our comprehensive range to resellers and retailers all over the UK and the World._
- In more recent years, Leo has led the way on safety, sustainability, and inclusivity; we have a lot of good news to share and so need a Graphic Design/Marketing Executive to help share our achievements._
- **About the role **_

Working with the Marketing and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in communicating with Leo Workwear’s customers (and potential customers), bringing to life concepts and ideas from around the business to produce high-end, engaging visual and written content.

The role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

- Design of print and digital documents such as leaflets, brochures, product data sheets
- Liaising with customers to provide them with relevant digital assets.
- Work with the Marketing & Development Manager to write engaging written content.
- Manage our photography and liaise with photographic studios to obtain new photography
- Carrying out market research to assist multiple departments.
- Track and report on the effectiveness/success of marketing activity.
- Assist in the coordination of events, whether internal events (such as company beach cleans) or external event such as trade exhibitions.
- Support our Design Executive with garment visuals when required.
- **You will **_
- Be a marketing or graphic design graduate (or similar) or be able to demonstrate your experience in a relevant role.
- Have a creative mind, confident in designing content with Adobe Creative Cloud, (particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as possessing excellent written communication skills.
- Have an excellent attention to detail.
- Possess the ability to organise workloads, delivering work from different departments to varying timescales.
- Be happy working as part of a small team that takes briefs from across the business
- Have an enthusiastic attitude and friendly personality.
- Be proactive and able to take initiative to advance the work of the Marketing department during particularly busy periods.

**Salary**: £24k-28K depending on experience/suitability for the role

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
