Car Buyer

Are you a motivated, experienced Specialist Car Buyer looking to work with an established, dynamic motor retailer and support a fast-paced business in driving performance through the efficient sourcing of used vehicles?

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car Buyer to join our Porsche division, supporting our dealerships in Colchester, Cambridge, South and East London.

This is a remote based role, however, regular visits to the dealerships' locations will be required, alongside nationwide travel for purchased vehicles. Together with your basic salary, there is fantastic earning potential, with an uncapped OTE, with our current top performers earning in excess of £70,000 OTE.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- You will be responsible for supplying our specialist car dealerships with stock.
- Inspect, price, agree the sale and organise transport to our dealerships.
- Research the marketplace for trends in prices.
- Search for good quality, profitable vehicles and secure deals negotiating the best margins for profitable onward sale.
- Previous experience of selling/ buying prestige vehicles
- Continually improve product knowledge of product (specifications and values).
- Have an in-depth understanding of used car values and market trends
- Be aware of each suitable car in the market and ensure we are the purchaser of choice.
- A flexible approach to travel due to the nature of the role

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- used car sales: 2 years (preferred)
