We're looking for a PMO Programme Planner to join the team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and proactively lead the implementation of the project framework governance ensuring all portfolios align to the standards across the business. We're looking for someone with experience in PMO Planning to not only implement the project framework governance and ensure all portfolios align but also maintain a central repository for all project documentation and creating and maintain a process for setting up new projects with PMO and finance systems.

Some other responsibilities will include:

- Audit the quality and completeness of project documentation to ensure adherence to agreed programme standards
- Coordinate monthly collation of status reports and creation of overall portfolio reports as required
- Collate project cost reports and provide consolidated programme financial reporting
- Provide administration support for the Portfolio Investment Committee process
- Maintain a repository of standard templates and advise/support the project community in their use
