Handyperson - 2494

**Main Duties**:

- Preparing for and laying concrete on walls.
- Preparing for and laying flags.
- Erection of fences (wire/wooden/steel panel) including hanging gates.
- Making gates to match vertical board fencing.
- Repairs to foul and stormwater drainage.
- Excavating and laying pipes, drainage, and sewers Building manholes/covers
- Repairs to gutters/downpipes/soil wastes.

**Personal Attributes**:

- You must also have a full current driving license or access to a form of transport that would enable you to carry out the required duties of this post.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Appropriate CSCS/CSR/SafePass.
- Card Response maintenance experience.
- B1 plus E/C1 plus E license category.
- Have the ability to carry out minor carpentry and joinery work.
- Have a proven ability to meet the physical demands of the role within a response maintenance environment.
- Ability to measure up and collate a material list.
- Joinery experience/interest - does not have to be time served.

**Remuneration and Conditions of Assignment**:

- £10.19 per hour.
- Portadown based.
- 4 positions available.
- Full-time, Temporary-ongoing.
- 8.30 am-4.30 pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30 am-4 pm Friday.
- A basic access NI check is required at a cost of £18.00.
