**Job Description**:
Reporting directly to Global Controller, the EMEA Controller's main activity will be to:

- Assist the Global Controller in all the accounting cycles of the EMEA region:

- Lead the monthly accounting close process for EMEA
- Work with auditors to complete financial and other compliance audits
- Maintain the statutory books and ensure compliance and filing for tax jurisdictions
- Work closely with the global FP&A team to explain variances and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts of the EMEA HQ entity.
- Assist in the integration of EMEA financial systems
- Work with key leaders in EMEA to drive business performance
- Ensure adequate financial controls are in place
- Oversee Collections and payables functions and ensure efficient accounting operations

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and German
- 3+ years experience building an accounting function that has scaled and evolved with growing organizations and organizations with 30+ salespeople.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- CPA or European equivalent
- US GAAP knowledge
