**Responsibilities**:

- To monitor jobs flowing through production, keeping an eye on the quality of the parts being produced.
- To check and inspect all new products before delivery to customers.
- To ensure staff are carrying out work for the customers
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- specifications and drawings.
- To lease with engineering to improve the efficiency and quality of how customer jobs are manufactured.
- To help build a quality culture by helping and training staff in the best practices and methods of manufacture.
- To help the production supervisor and management ensure that staff works strictly within the guidelines set in the health and safety policy and that correct use of PPE is worn.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
- Resolve quality-related issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification (but not essential)
- Certification in quality control is preferred.
- Preferable a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good math and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
