**SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant**
The goal of the school is to provide each and every student with an outstanding education. They enjoy establishing a learning atmosphere where each student may succeed despite their unique requirements and skills.
- SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Primary School, Wolverhampton
- £75 - £85 per day
- Immediate start - July 2024
- 1:1 and small group support for children with complex needs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Specialised instruction should be provided to students with special needs, taking into account their different learning styles and ability levels.
- Assist in developing and implementing the individual education plans (IEPs) for children with special education needs.
- When required, collaborate with the teachers in the classroom to modify and differentiate the course material.
- Encourage a sense of community among all students in order to create a warm and inviting learning environment.
- Maintain tabs on developments, document them, and notify pertinent stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Help the students with counselling and other interventions.
- Support when needed for personal hygiene and mobility needs.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Level 3 in child support or a 2:2 degree.
- It is also ideal to have prior experience dealing with SEN-affected youngsters.
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Patience, sensitivity, and a sincere love of dealing with kids who have different needs.
- Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures related to SEN.
- First Aid and Safeguarding training (desirable).
