Live in Caretaker

This is a permanent fixed term contract for one year which will be reviewed at the end of the term. Hours of work 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday plus 8am to 12pm on Saturdays. The live in Caretaker will be provided with one bedroom accommodation with rent, utilities and council tax bills paid for. The caretaker will be responsible for cleaning the communal areas of the apartment block in Kensington and be on hand to deal with post and parcel deliveries, assist residents, deal with visiting contractors and undertake regular building checks for any disrepair or fire safety issues. Must have good English communication skills to liaise closely with the residents and managing agent regarding day to day operations of the block.
