**Location**:Cambridge ~ with a blend of 40%-60 in office, with the rest flexible to remote working within the UK.
This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

**A Day in the Life**
In addition, you will play a pivotal role in generating written content for our knowledge base in collaboration with other internal teams. Your active involvement in sharing user feedback will ensure that the customer's perspective is carefully considered in shaping our future product roadmap.
It's important to note that this position follows a shift-based schedule, requiring flexibility in working different hours throughout the day.
**What you will need**
- A background in providing excellent levels of Customer Support, ideally within a Technology setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers, to help solve their queries.
- A keen attention to detail to solve issues quickly and efficiently.
