To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for an **Onsite Endoscopic Specialist **to be based at the **Royal Infirmary, Manchester.**
Your primary role will be to:
- Ensure that KARL STORZ equipment is always available and fully functional, facilitate training to all levels of staff as required, implement quality improvements and assure the highest standards are maintained.
- Perform inspections, maintenance and management of KARL STORZ video equipment, electromechanical devices, endoscopes and instrumentation
- Optimise customer satisfaction, promote business growth and quality of service
Qualifications, skills and experience must include:
- Healthcare or Technical qualification or experience desirable
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
**About You**:
- Experience of working in a hospital setting is not essential, but you should have demonstrated success in working in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.
- As full training will be given, experience with endoscopic equipment is not necessary, but experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.
