**Job Title**:HR Coordinator**

**Salary**: £23,139.25 to £25,907.79 inclusive of geographical allowance per annum

**Working hours**: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**The HR Coordinator role**:
In this role, you will work within a team of HR Advisors, Coordinators and Administrators collaboratively to ensure all queries are actioned correctly and efficiently, ensuring your customers experience a professional service when dealing with the HR team.
The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

- Delivering prompt and efficient resolution to Level 1 and 2 queries in line with policies and best practice
- Communicating with stakeholders and employees across the organisations
- Provide advice to HR Administrators and HR Apprentices
- Support managers with reliable HR Advice
- Work in partnership with HR Advisors to support with the delivery of employee relations and recruitment requirements

We are looking for a HR professional who has:

- A strong awareness of UK employment law, HR policies and best practice
- Completion of CIPD Level 3, studying towards CIPD Level 5 (study support available)
- A confident communicator who can give credible and reliable advice
- A solution driven mindset, striving to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- A passion to develop within the HR career path
