The Role:

- To be an in-house interior designer supporting the Workplace Design Manager._
- This role will primarily support the MYO and Customised workstreams but may also assist reception and common area designs._
- With MYO, the role will work with incoming customers to customise and deliver their office spaces. This may also be needed with Customised sometimes._
- _ Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum_

The Team:

- We are a very small team of mixed professionals in Project Managing, Engineering and Design, with excellent opportunities for learning through knowledge sharing in such varied backgrounds._

What you will be responsible for:

- _ Execution and delivery of the office customisation for MYO office suites. Work with leasing teams and customers to design and specify office space tailored to the incoming occupier. Provide specifications and layouts that can be used in the legal agreement._
- _ Manage the delivery of MYO office suite fit outs to programme and budget together with the project manager._
- _ Review and manage the performance of our external partners, including contractors and furniture partners._
- _ Consult with incoming occupiers to ‘Customised’ spaces, coordinate and manage the design of their office space with external partners._
- _ Support with space planning and understanding the constraints and flexibility in each Myo building._
- _ Being reactive with ad hoc requests and problem solving. Addressing day 2 requests from existing customers and the Myo Operations team._
- _ Support other portfolio projects with interior design and delivery input, these could include common areas refurbishment and reception area activation._
- _ Liaise with all other LS departments including asset management and operations to achieve optimum project delivery._
- _ Support the Workplace Design Manager Lead where necessary._

Your skills, experience and qualifications:
Essential criteria
- _ Degree and higher degree and/or relevant professional experience in the field of interior design and workplace strategy._
- _ Proven track record of delivering creative interior design and workplace strategy._
- _ Experience with construction sites._
- _ Experienced in the use of CAD to create office layouts and designs._
- _ Experience in speaking with customers and suppliers._
