Do you want to use your knowledge of foul and water supply networks to ensure we provide developments with clean, safe, high-quality drinking water? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Developer Services team as a NAV Strategy Coordinator

**The position**

The Developer Services team deal with all types of new development and is a central point of contact for developers, councils, and the public. As a NAV (New Appointments and Variations) Strategy Coordinator, you will report to the Planning Liaison Manager and work with them to coordinate the smooth running of the developments.

In the role you will liaise with sewer and water supply modelling teams to produce strategies to serve major development within the Wessex Water region. You will manage the priorities of modelling based on development approvals, NAV interest and phasing of developments.

You will generate the budget estimates for NAV point of discharge and point of connection and ensure the Viewpoint database is kept up to date with the foul drainage and water supply development strategies.

**What are we looking for?**

To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator and be confident with writing clear reports and presenting them to the team. You will be IT literate and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowing how to provide estimates and budgeting would be an advantage.

In addition, we are looking for:

- Experience working within the Water Industry
- Knowledge of the operation of foul and water supply networks
- Knowledge of GIS systems and databases
