**Role: Site Manager / Senior Site Manager**

**Location: Dorset**
**Employer: Commercial Construction**
**Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE**

**Platinum Recruitment** is working in partnership with a **Commercial Construction** Company, based in Dorset. We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Site Manager / Senior Site Manager**to join their team.

- Minimum 4-5 years site management experience with a main contractor managing your own site
- Have both new build and refurbishment experience - within the motor retail sector is preferred but not essential
- Detailed understanding of Health & Safety management and compliance
- Experience and detailed understanding of groundworks, steel frame, cladding and curtain walling is **essential**:

- Experience in high quality internal fit-out
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CSCS card, SMSTS certificate & First Aid at Work
- Be prepared to travel and stay away from home if required
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals as well as subcontractors & suppliers
