Community Cafe

ARC Club are looking for enthusiastic, passionate cafe/bar staff for various shifts seven days a week for a brand new location in Harrow (HA37RR).

The role will give you the opportunity to learn and develop amongst our friendly and hardworking cafe/bar staff, with the potential to progress within the company.

**Responsibilities**

Community Cafe & Bar Staff have a wide range of duties from preparing and serving drinks to engaging with customers and providing product recommendations:

- Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Checking customers identification and age verification
- Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available

**Qualifications**

Experience in cafes/bars/restaurants for at least one year.

Customer facing experience at least one year.

£11.95 per hour.
