Our client is an exciting, newly-launched independent estate agent with all three directors having a wealth of experience in the industry. Their foresight was to run their own estate agency business and bring with it all the qualities they all still believeare what people want. They offer a professional service, are very friendly and have a huge focus on customer care.

They operate like a 'family run firm' - everyone is part of the family not just a number on a payroll. They very much encourage growth with all their staff where the vast property knowledge of all three directors is shared on a daily basis The opportunityfor their staff to develop and grow with the business is their aim.

They are currently the market leaders in their location and since opening have grown from strength to strength and foresee the business continuing to expand.

Main duties;
Manage a pipeline of properties - around files 80 (job share) maintaining regular client contact, giving regular updates to all parties, good organisational skills and able to plan workload on a daily basis - liaising with professional bodies, solicitors,financial advisors and surveyors. identifying problems then dealing with them efficiently and effectively to keep the property sale together. booking viewings, valuations keeping all our clients new and old happy.

Support the progress team, along with assisting on the negotiating side, generating new business by being pleasant on the telephone and giving a good customer experience. becoming part of the team to help grow the business, for us all to benefit from.

Hours of work; Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm. Alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm (with half lieu day)
