**The role**
We provide high quality services to the NHS including many Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) throughout the UK. We are looking for an experienced Medical Summariser & Coder to review medical records and produce an electronic summary of the patient record within either SystmOne or EMIS - and provide general administrative support.

**Key duties**
- update patient records by extracting essential details such as blood pressure readings, vaccinations, pathology reports etc.
- ensure all summarised records are coded accurately.
- upload scanned records and documents into the correct sections of the electronic record.
- process customer record requests in line with service level agreements.
- liaise effectively with all departments including Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Production and Admin colleagues.
- general data inputting i.e. updating inventories using MS Excel.

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, preferably gained from working within a medical practice or NHS.
