**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a new member of our Training and Performance Improvement team, where as an Instructor you'll be working with training programme owners to provide management, oversight and delivery of these.

We can offer a competitive salary from £54,391 - £84,892 and you’ll be appointed based on the parameters outlined in the Nuclear Generation Company Agreement as well as your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications.

**What you’ll be doing**

The instructors work as part of the Performance Improvement Team to ensure initial and continuing training requirements are met and that performance improvement opportunities are enacted upon.

This includes critical reviews of programme health, analysis of station performance issues with identified training solutions, planning and delivery of initial and continuing training, review of best practices on site and at other stations, as well as any other reactive requirements for the station.

**Who you are**

You’ll need to an appropriate qualification at HNC level or equivalent. Previous training experience is not essential but could be an advantage and you’ll receive any training required to achieve Fleet Certified Instructor status. Experience within Operations, ESP/ID or with safety cases would be beneficial - the exact programme that you will be responsible for will depend on many factors. You’ll need to be a good communicator, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
