**Job Description - Bookkeeping Role**

**STQ Vantage Overview**

A small but quickly growing and developing fall-protection company based in Yeovil. Working with clients mainly based in Southern England we provide a highly responsive customer service, designing and installing fall-protection systems. We have a culture of willingness to help, hard-working and over-delivering, whilst paying close attention to the detail. We have fun along the way and enjoy the team spirit, rewarding outstanding performance.

This is a Bookkeeper role, with a small amount of Admin involvement. You will manage the Bookkeeping and Accounts role using our Sage package and manage the accounts through to collecting the overdue payments.

There are a variety of admin activities which vary between assisting the customers and the internal team. You will be a key part of the business function and success.

**Job Role Overview**:
**Bookkeeping**:

- Bookkeeping using Sage software
- Project costing
- Credit control/debt chasing
- Create weekly overdue AC reports
- Check purchase invoices
- Credit checking customers
- Prepare EoM payments
- Prepare EoM draft Accounts (if skills permit)
- Other associated tasks as required

**Admin**:

- Raising and sending quotes to customers for our repeat inspection visits (If required).
- Other reasonable admin tasks as requested by manager and colleagues.
