**Purpose**: The Kate’s Kitchen charity shop raises funds and promotes the work of the organisation.

We are seeking to recruit a Volunteer Team to support our Shop Supervisor in growing sales and promote our services.

**Base**

The post will be based at our new shop in High Street, Annan

**Accountability**

The post is accountable to Kate’s Kitchen Manager through the Shop Supervisor

**Hours**

The shop will be open Monday to Saturday with flexible hours available

**Skills**

**Key Tasks**
- Assisting customers on the shop floor.
- Assisting with displaying goods within the shop.
- Accepting and sorting donated goods.
- Helping with the cash desk.
- Assisting in keeping the shop clean.

**Experience**
- No experience is necessary, full training will be provided.

**Special requirements**
- None.

**Availability**

Flexible shifts available

**Training**

Each volunteer will undergo induction training with the shop supervisor

**Expenses**

Travel expenses to undertake volunteering or training will be reimbursed in line with

the charity’s expenses policy.

**Other Information**

References will be required.
