**Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland (Hospice at Home), is a local, independent charity committed to providing high quality care and support for adults who have palliative and end of life care needs. Care and support also extends to family members/carers.**

**We are currently seeking a qualified counsellor, registered with a professional body, (NCS/BACP) to work within our Bereavement and Family Support Team.**

**You will work with a variety of clients, predominantly face to face, either in the client’s home, within our premises at Dalston, or other agreed venues.**

**You will be a motivated and dedicated Counsellor, flexible to meet the needs of the service.**

**Must be able to travel autonomously across the geographical area covered by**

**the service.**
