**3 Months initially with scope for extension**

My client a top company is currently looking to recruit a Systems Migration and Cutover Project Manager to join its team on a contract basis. This role will be working to a hybrid working model going into Teeside offices a couple of times per week for workshopsor meetings. Please note that this contract is inside of IR35 and will have to be set-up as Umbrella/PAYE. Our client are seeking a Systems Migration Project Manager to work with two companies to carve out requirements and work with multiple parties and athird-party IT provider to devise, project manage and implement the carve out plan.

**Key responsibilities for the Systems Migration & Cutover Project Manager**:

- Devise and implement carve out plan.
- Project Management Responsibility - Responsible for managing Company A project and driving executive alignment.
- Work with Parent company to establish dependencies in terms of systems currently in place utilized by Company A.
- Activities needed to identify and separate Company A IT assets from Parent's IT environment. To support Company A to establish its own IT environment to support the business after separation and operate as an independent company.
- Work with third party IT provider to communicate requirements and facilitate carve out.
- Identify and support migration of all Company A specific data from Parent's IT environment to Company A's IT environment. Data validation checks will be implemented to ensure that Parent data is not migrated as part of the IT carve-out.
- Execute the final system cutover plan to begin Company A business operations in the standalone IT environment.

**Requirements/Experience for the Systems Migration & Cutover Project Manager**:
Specifically, we are looking for collaborative and enthusiastic individual with the following:

- Self-starter who can step into challenging problems and make sense of them
- Experience of project managing IT carve out and systems migrations
- Prior experience of MS Dynamics and Finance Systems in implementations, migrations or cutovers.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experienced and comfortable with working at pace
- Collaborative and acts with the utmost integrity, with a focus on doing the right thing
- Able to interact and influence key decision makers
- A sound understanding of the fundamental principles of business, and experience of working on technical change programmes.
