I'm currently working with a private investment office who are looking for a Head of Tax to deal and manage all tax affairs of a highly successful entrepreneur and their investment office. The role requires Private Client (including res Non-Dom) and corporatetax experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Structuring of family holding and various entities both in the UK and internationally
- Overseeing tax filings required by the related entities
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders
- Building and managing the internal finance function including treasury and reporting

**Skills and experience**:

- Understanding of a family office environment
- Willingness and ability to build processes for a new structure
