**Description**

**The key responsibilities**:

- Allocation of short-term and long-term contract work
- Prepare and report data to the team and management
- Other adhoc admin duties as required by the team
- Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in meeting strict contractual obligations and KPIs
- Monitor and document all projects through the project cycle
- Assist with the sales and invoicing processes and procedures

**Profile**
- Previous planning / scheduling experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communicator
- Proactive & Initiative
