**Shift pattern**:4 on 4 off (days shifts will be 0700-1500, night shifts will be 1500-2300), 32 to 48 hours per week

**Rates**: £11.00

**Role requirements**:

- Sia Door Supervisor License is preferred, if not Manned guarding is acceptable
- Communication must be to the highest standards
- Customer focus must be to the highest standards
- 5-year checkable work/career history.
- Full confidence to be able to work in a one-man store.

**Required duties**:

- Monitoring stock loss for meat, alcohol, food etc.
- Deal with challenging offenders and handle physical situations in a safe manner
- Act as a visual deterrent, as well as customer service based (FOH)
- Provide safety and be a POC for staff and visitors.
- Patrol premises, investigate disturbances, monitor entry and exit points of the retail store that is present inside the premises
- Make sure the people are following the rules inside the premises
- Call help in emergency situations, circulate among visitors, operate theft detecting devices.
- Dealing with large crowd, building customer relations

**Essential skills needed**:

- Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks
- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Effective communicator
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
- The ability to work independently or as a team
- Health and safety awareness and knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills
