Due to our continued success, we have our sights set on significant growth and with this comes the opportunity to grow our team.
This is a varied role in a fast-growing business, with the primary purpose being to support the finance team carry out administrative activities across credit control, accounts payable, payroll and month end. The role will require excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to deal with a high volume of customers and transactions.
There is the opportunity in this role to progress over time and achieve financial qualifications, whether this be AAT of Chartered Accountancy.
**Both part time and full time opportunities are available.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Invoice checking, and posting within given time frames
- Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to ensure invoices are approved
- Maintenance of company files and documents
- General office admin - stationery orders, etc.
- Allocating and reconciling payments and receipts on systems
- Credit Control
- Daily bank entries
- Purchase invoice processing
**Required**
- Experience of administration and finance roles
- A high attention to detail
- Competency with Microsoft Excel
- Time management and the ability to meet deadlines
**Preferred, but not essential**
- AAT qualified
- Experience of credit control or payroll
