**Job Title -** Regional Service Manager
**Location** - South Wales
**Salary** - up to £48k basic DOE +10% annal bonus + BMW 3 Series / Audi 4 level car

**The Person & Skills**
For this position you should be motivated, enthusiastic, and strong communicator who has a good understanding and knowledge of working with a P&L. You should be able to make decisions independently and know the impact of the choices you make.

Previously managed a teams of Field Service Engineers
First class approach to customer support and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
Able to set targets and lead a team to a world class performance.
Assist Sales Managers when negotiating terms of new business deals.
Contract control and management of costs and revenue
Assess Engineer activity against KPI’s and commercials

**The Role**
As Regional Service Manager, and with the help of Team Leaders, you will be managing a team of 26 Field Service Engineers as well as maintaining and building relationships with customers. You will be working within the constraints of a P&L and increasing profitabilityvia cost & revenue control. You’ll be fully responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of all your Field Service Engineer's. You will be measured on margin control, service fulfilment, customer satisfaction, stock control and revenue generation.

- Up to £48k basic DOE + 10% bonus available

- Pension Contribution 10%
- 25 Days + Bank Holidays
