The Supply Room is excited to offer an opportunity for dedicated individuals like you to join our team as an ASD Support Specialist in a welcoming educational setting in Fulham. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support and interventions to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
- Create and adapt resources and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils with ASD.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, promoting their social and emotional development.
- Support pupils in developing independent living skills and managing sensory sensitivities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote understanding and inclusion of pupils with ASD across the school community.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, either in educational or clinical settings.
- A deep understanding of ASD and knowledge of effective strategies for supporting pupils with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of pupils and the school environment.

- **Pay Rate**: £81.76 up to £95 a day (negotiable)
