A leading global financial services organisation is looking for a Health Plan & Wellbeing Specialist for a 12 month contract.

You will have significant experience in managing Healthcare Plans for UK and Ireland along with wellbeing Programs such as.
- Day to Day management of the ergonomics services in UK and Ireland
- Support the management of UK Healthcare Trust and Ireland Healthcare including
- Day to day query management
- Advice to HRGs on the management and support of individual employee issues.
- Supporting with the on-going administration and governance around the Wellbeing Partner Programme including: Training, Metrics on Wellbeing Partner distribution across LOB, Administration of Wellbeing Partner contact information & Coordination of supporting stakeholders (OH, ER etc)
- Management of health related risk policies including: Dental & Optical cover
- Review of Policies for UK and Ireland ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
- Support with annual Health and Wellbeing Projects

**Key skills**
- Experience managing Healthcare benefits and Trusts within a large global organisation
- Experience managing wellbeing initiatives and programs
- You will be a 'team player' but with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
- You will have excellent communication skills both in writing employee communications as well as
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (super user) and Word
- Experience in Vendor Management and ensure vendors managed to agreed SLAs
