THE ROLE
As ‘Academy Host’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Taking care of any delegates we have on a day to day basis
- Keeping your area clean and tidy at all times
- being on hand for our M&E guests and any function guests
- Setting up conference rooms/ Function rooms and making sure they are to the standards needed
- Delivering top quality Customer service
- First point of contact for our conference/event guests when they arrive for the day
- Work effectively with the team and other departments
- Checking conference guests in and out, processing payments
- Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
- Maximising revenue
- Administration and Technology savvy
- Available to work when the team and customer needs you

**Salary**: £21,800.00-£22,050.00 per year
