**£11 per hour plus tips and fantastic benefits**

**Part-time, 20 hours per week over 5 days**

**Our Housekeeping Team**

The housekeeping team is responsible for cleaning our guest rooms, taking care of laundry and ensuring all areas for both employees and the public, are spotlessly clean, tidy and safe.

**Our Office Cleaners**

This role is working in key areas that must be kept spotless, tidy, and safe. The role is to look after the offices and and staff accommodation. We also clean the Archives and another accommodation unit when requested

This could be the start of your career in hospitality or you could be looking to ease yourself back into employment. There will be opportunities for career progression at The Newt.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean all Avalon offices/rest rooms
- Clean Hill View farm (offices)
- Clean Cowbyre (living space)
- Clean the Archive
- Clean staff accommodation when employees depart
- Any other tasks that are required

**Skills and Experience**
- Valid Driving License is crucial
- Work experience but not necessary as we provide training
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Good physical health and stamina
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends
- Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instruction
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
