Based at our site in Dundee and reporting directly to Head of Technical Services and Manufacturing Science (TSMS), you will be accountable for managing packaging related projects from concept to commercial production and to support commercial manufacturing with technical packaging. Staying GMP and HSE compliant you will support and deliver continuous improvement, work closely with the team providing technical support and have an overview of design, sourcing and evaluation new packaging materials, equipment and specifications. You will be responsible for the scale up and transfer from pharmaceutical sciences, client or third part CMO’s to ensure a successful transfer of packaging projects.

You will have relevant experience in a pharmaceutical packaging environment, a problem solver who enjoys working in a team. You will be driven, self-motivated and enjoy a fast paced environment. You will have an natural eye for design and process development, working from start to finish sharing your knowledge, focusing on the smaller details and precision. A can do attitude and adaptable to change, you will relish in the idea of new innovative solutions.

**Experience you’ll hold**
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Experience within a packaging role for either pharmaceutical, food or personal care industry is essential
