Child safeguarding Administrator needed in Cardiff £11.39ph ref 802719
- Full time hours on a temporary basis

The post of Child administrator is part of the Business Support service offering administrative support across a variety of teams within Childrens Services.

About the Job

This key post is responsible for supporting and minute taking for a range of meetings in the Safeguarding and Reviewing Service.This is to include convening and booking meetings, as well as taking detailed notes.

What we are looking for from you

You must be able to accurately summarise complex data and work with highly sensitive and emotive information in a confidential, professional manner.You will have good written and verbal communication skills, be experienced in working to agreed standardsand deadlines and will have made a positive contribution to teamwork. Also important are flexible approach to work, recent office experience teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Minute taking takes place on a laptop, which will be provided. In addition to minute taking skills you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

End Date for this role is March 2024.Part time hours on a temporary basis.
