Family owned manufacturing organisation (established 1983) requires an experienced **Administration Assistant** to join their rapidly expanding company. As**Administration Assistant**you will be providing administrative support to Accounts/Office Manager, acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries within a busy manufacturing environment.

The role of **Administration Assistant** is offered on a permanent contract basis with competitive salary, pension and early finish Fridays.

**Administration Assistant** duties include:

- Point of contact for visitors
- Directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Logging customer orders on company scheduling system
- Maintaining schedule and processing orders
- Accounts administration support
- Maintaining filing systems, office policies and procedures
- Ad hoc duties as requested

Skills and attributes required for the role of **Administration Assistant**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (advantageous, not essential)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems e.g. SAP (advantageous, not essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office (**Excel** and**Word**, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Flexible attitude

Location: Alcester, Warwickshire

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 - 16:00 and Friday 7:00 - 13:00

**Salary**: £20,800 p.a. to £22,880 p.a. dependent upon experience
