The Company
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an independent Planning Consultancy whose close-knit team is seeking a Senior Planner to join the team in their Beaconsfield office.
The Position
In this role, you will provide planning, development, and regeneration consultancy advice to both public and private sector clients on all aspects of planning which include retail, residential, leisure and general urban regeneration.

**Key responsibilities**

As a planning consultant you are likely to have a combination of the following responsibilities:

- Undertaking and assisting in the preparation of information for community engagement, committee meetings and public examinations
- Conducting research and undertaking planning appraisals to establish the development of potential of sites
- Researching and designing planning policies to guide development
- Writing high quality reports with recommendations
- Communicating with all stakeholders involved in the planning process
- Attending site visits and client meetings
