**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy rates and revenue
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality services are provided

**Qualifications**:

- No formal qualifications necessary.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities with fluency in multiple languages preferred (bilingual or multilingual)
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality industry trends
- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively
