Due to project growth the position of **Service Delivery Analyst **has become available to join our **IT Department**, based in the Maidenhead** Office**

This role will be office based 5 days per week

**Role Requirements**
- Proven experience in IT service delivery management, ideally in a complex, multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Working with the Service Delivery Manager, you will help maintain the processes for managing partner performance in providing digital services to Costain, including SLA and KPI analysis
- Assisting the Service Delivery Manager in ensuring that partners and internal digital delivery teams are adopting a continual service improvement approach to the services that they deliver
- Working with the Service Delivery Manager, you will help administer the process for accepting the transition of IT services into operational activity
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
