**Your new company**
Located in the centre of Rugby, this nursery is ideal for those who are travelling on public transport. This is a Good nursery which consists of a lovely staff team who all work together. The nursery are continuing to grow from strength to strength and thereforeare looking to expand their staff team. They offer a high quality early years provision and cater to each child's needs
**Your new role**
The nursery are looking to appoint a Deputy Manager to start ASAP. You will be helping in the leadership and management of the nursery, supporting the manager as and when needed, completing observations, following all health and safety policies of the nursery.This is a full time job working all year round
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must have a minimum of a Level 3 early years qualification. You will have experience working in a room leader/deputy position and have good in depth knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted standards.
You will be passionate and enthusiastic about childcare, a good communicator with parents, external agencies and staff alike.
