A well-known technology partner is looking for an Interim Junior Buyer.
Your new company
You would be working for a well-known technology partner who builds, supports and optimises IT infrastructure, the networks and connectivity. There is potential for this position to go permanent.
Your new role
As the Interim Junior Buyer you will be assisting the Purchasing Manager with the processing of orders as well as providing all necessary support where required. You will work with the procurement team to deliver a professional procurement service to the widerorganisation. You will assist with the creation of purchase orders, track purchase orders and goods delivered. As well as assist accounts with invoices and liaise with stakeholders for goods receipting and communicate with the organisation's compliance teamto onboard new suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience with material creation, placing orders and working to conflicting deadlines. You will be detailed and analytical in your approach and will have excellent attention to detail. You will possess a good levelof understanding of Microsoft systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as have brilliant interpersonal skills.
