Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental practice
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the R4 dental software
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with managing patient flow and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using dental software, specifically the R4 system
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with Denplan

This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. The dental receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. **Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17-24 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
