**THE CASINO**

**THE ROLES**

We are currently seeking to recruit Betting Hosts to work in our exciting new sports betting area. We have several full time and part time roles.

We are looking to build a retail betting team obsessed with delivering high quality standards every with friendly customer service.

Our Betting Customer Service Assistants Will:

- Greet our customers with a friendly face
- Be happy to work autonomously or part of a team
- Will take bets, pay out winners and assist with customer queries
- Demonstrate our betting and gaming terminals to customers
- Support our managers with opening and closing of the betting area
- Ensure that we always maintain high standards
- Build relationships with our customers, ensuring that they enjoy our products whilst betting responsibly.

Your Experience:

- Previous cash handling experience or experience providing excellent customer care
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)

Ideal Additional Experience:

- Demonstrable IT skills
