Here at GXO, we’re looking for a permanent Catering Assistant to join us in Leyland. You will be working 11:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, as well as every 1 in 3 weekends covering 06:00 - 12:00.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support with all food preparation activities
- Play a pivotal part in ensuring that all health & safety standards are followed
- Replenish any counters
- Ensure all hygiene tasks are completed to a high standard

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a similar role
- An understanding of food safety standards (HACCAP)
- Flexible in your approach - there may be an opportunity for overtime
- Excellent customer service skills
