River Clyde Homes are looking to recruit a Void Officer who will deliver a first-class customer experience by ensuring works are completed in empty properties to the lettable standard.

The purpose of this role is to undertake a range of empty property inspection duties to support the delivery of an effective void property service and to assist the River Clyde Homes Management Team in identifying preventative measures to keep the housing stock in good condition and contribute to achieving and maintaining a lean and efficient business operation.

To be successful in this role, technical, property/surveying qualification is desirable but not essential if relevant experience for a minimum of 2 years.

Experience of delivering excellent services to customers and a track record of delivering outcomes on time and to a high standard.

An ability to work proactively with minimum supervision.

A full driving license is required with access to a vehicle.
