Our client is looking for highly skilled PMO Administrators to join their Edinburgh based team for a 6 months initial contract.
Looking for people that will hit the ground running and be comfortable working in a fast paced/ever changing environment supporting the PMO Team with admin tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling meetings within the PMO and for projects and project managers, and taking minutes during meetings
- Organising the timing and resources for training for project teams
- Maintaining the task and issue logs for the projects they administer
- Completing cost sheets and time sheets for projects and recording project purchases
- Updating project schedules and plans when changes get signed off by managers and leader.
- Communicating across the office, projects, and project stakeholders with information requests, schedule updates, and reports
