**Job Title**: Sales and Onboarding Agent - Broadband and VoIP Services
**Location**:Remote, but vicinity to North Powys preferred.
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated Sales and Onboarding Agent to join our team and actively contribute to our growth in the domestic and business markets for Broadband and VoIP services. This role requires individuals who are passionate about connecting customers with the best solutions and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Acquisition**:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to potential customers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through various prospecting methods.
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Review existing portfolio and offer upgrades and increased services to existing customers.
Onsite visits to existing and prospective customers may be required.
**Onboarding Support**:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Assist customers in setting up and configuring their ISP and VoIP services, addressing their technical inquiries.
Maintain open communication with customers to gather feedback and address concerns promptly.
All training on services will be provided along with company laptop, dock, monitor(s) and any other required equipment. Travel reimbursement and expense account available.
**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on the latest PCQ service offerings.
Thoroughly understand our product portfolio to provide accurate information to potential and existing customers.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and onboarding progress through use of CRM.
Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding customer experiences and sales performance.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
GCSE Maths and English; additional education or relevant certifications a plus. Welsh Language highly desirable but not essential.
Own vehicle and full, clean UK driving licence preferred.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with a strong ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
**Benefits**:
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per annum Full Time (37.5 hours per week) and commission paid per new client onboarded. Un-capped commission: unlimited OTE.
