**Duties**:

- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and locations
- Use specialized equipment including total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect accurate data
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports and maps using processing software and CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate and precise measurements
- Manage and maintain surveying equipment and tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in surveying technology

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using surveying software and data management systems
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in the field
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Note: we are willing to look at trainee roles, Junior roles or intermediate surveyors.
